Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Because all prints at Fade Out Prints are made to order and printed specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or a quality defect. We encourage you to review product descriptions, size guides, and images carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Prints
We take great pride in the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a print defect, we will replace it free of charge. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Email us at hello@fadeoutprints.com with your order number
• Attach clear photographs showing the damage or defect
• Include a brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim and confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement print to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please note that replacement prints are subject to the same production and shipping timeframes as original orders.
What We Do Not Cover
Replacements are not provided for the following:
• Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper framing, handling, or storage)
• Colour variations due to monitor/screen calibration differences
• Orders where the incorrect size or product was selected at checkout
• Change of mind or preference after purchase
Lost Orders
If your tracked order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local delivery office. If the parcel remains missing, contact us at hello@fadeoutprints.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
