How & Where Your Print Is Produced
Fade Out Prints works with a network of production facilities located in the EU, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. When you place an order, it is routed to the facility closest to your delivery address. This means faster delivery times, reduced shipping emissions, and no unnecessary cross-border transit for most customers.
Your print is produced locally to you wherever possible — a customer in Sydney will have their print produced and shipped from our Australian facility, while a customer in Berlin will receive theirs from our EU facility, and so on.
Flat-Rate Shipping
We charge a simple flat shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination. The flat rate is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden costs or weight-based surcharges.
Processing Time
All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and printed before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch and apply to the production region serving your area:
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
• Australia: 3–7 business days
• Rest of World: 7–18 business days
Orders shipping to regions not served by a local facility will be dispatched from the nearest available location and may take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Customs & Import Duties
Because your print is produced and shipped from within your region wherever possible, most customers will not encounter customs charges. However, for orders shipped across international borders (e.g., to countries outside our production regions), local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Fade Out Prints has no control over customs processes and cannot predict applicable fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather disruptions, or carrier issues. Fade Out Prints is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Fade Out Prints is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@fadeoutprints.com.
